We do not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary in light of the reason(s) for which it was first collected. Data will therefore be retained for the following periods (or its retention will be determined on the following bases):

Artwork originated by us that contains personal data is usually stored indefinitely. This is to allow for future reprints of the artwork. We may destroy this data if we haven’t supplied print to you for a period of 4 years. Artwork supplied to us for lithographic printing is normally stored as an imposed print file and is kept indefinitely. Artwork supplied to us for digital printing is not normally kept. We will delete any artwork containing your personal details on request.

Artwork originated on our ArtworkerPro platform is controlled by the account holder, who is the Data Controller.

We may keep your personal details for up to five years following your last communication with us. This is to facilitate future reprints.

If we are acting as a processor for a mailing or any other project then we will keep data for no longer than 14 days following the mailing date.

7. How and Where Do We Store Your Data?

We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as we have your permission to keep it.

First party personal data supplied by you on our web site is stored and backed up within the UK. Third party data (artwork) may also be backed up to the cloud through a third party provider called Backblaze Inc. Backblaze has cloud based servers outside of the EEA. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that such data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the GDPR.

Data security is very important to us, and to protect your data We have taken suitable measures to safeguard and secure data collected through our site. We ask that you take appropriate steps to secure access to your data on our site by selecting a strong password which you safeguard appropriately.

8. Do We Share Your Data?

We may sometimes contract with third parties to supply products and services to you on our behalf. These may include payment processing, delivery of goods, search engine facilities, advertising, and marketing. In some cases, the third parties may require access to some or all of your data. Where any of your data is required for such a purpose, We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data will be handled safely, securely, and in accordance with your rights, our obligations, and the obligations of the third party under the law.

We currently do not use any third party cookies, apart from the analytics as detailed below.

The analytics service used by Our Site use the following Cookies:
