Collection 

We welcome the collection of goods from our Sowton office. We are open 8am–4:30pm, Monday–Friday.

Local Delivery 

Our van offers a free delivery service to local organisations around Exeter in the following postcodes: EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4 and EX5. Deliveries are normally made during the afternoon and you should let us know if you have a particular time requirement so we can do our best to accommodate you. 

UK Delivery 

DPD and Royal Mail manage nationwide deliveries on our behalf and will provide you with appropriate tracking information. There are a few things you should know before requesting this service. Once your print leaves our premises it also leaves our control and we are unable to influence the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that we make no guarantee that the delivery will actually be made by the time requested. Bear in mind that our courier company work hard to maintain their reputation for timely deliveries but they may be subject to weather or traffic events which could delay delivery. Therefore you should not rely on 3rd party courier services for mission critical deliveries or where a late delivery would cause you embarrassment or loss. We draw your attention to our T&C’s regarding deliveries.

Noon

This is a premium delivery service offered by Fedex designed for your goods to be delivered by noon. There are a few things you should know before requesting this service. Once your print leaves our premises it also leaves our control and we are unable to influence the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that we make no guarantee that the delivery will actually be made by the time requested. Bear in mind that our courier company work hard to maintain their reputation for timely deliveries but they may be subject to weather or traffic events which could delay delivery. Therefore you should not rely on 3rd party courier services for mission critical deliveries or where a late delivery would cause you embarrassment or loss. We draw your attention to our T&Cs regarding deliveries.

Delivery T&Cs

Any delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate and given in good faith.

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

Our delivery agents will make one attempt to deliver to the address that you have specified. Should the delivery be unsuccessful, for example if no-one is available to sign for the delivery, then the goods will be returned to the agent’s depot. You will be liable for any further delivery costs should you request our agents to re-deliver your goods.

Late Delivery. We particularly draw your attention to our terms regarding late delivery due to courier company failure. Our third party couriers do their best to deliver on time but occasionally things don’t always run smoothly. We urge you not to rely on a courier service where delayed arrival would cause you substantial harm and embarrassment. In such circumstances our liability will not exceed the delivery fee.
