Preparing for the GDPR
We’re working hard to make sure that we have appropriate processes in place to be GDPR compliant prior to enforcement in May 2018.
Of course the new e-privacy regulations come into effect on the same day. We anticipate that these regulations will impact the way that our customers use their own direct marketing channels, particularly if consent hasn’t been thoroughly documented. Our ambition is to build a robust system to allow clients to re-evaluate their databases and seek appropriate consent. The target launch date for this service is late Autumn 2017.
