Alas things can go wrong from time to time. If there’s something that isn’t right with your print then you should let us know as soon as you can. Our approach is to fix things as soon as possible. If the fault is ours then we will offer to reprint or offer a credit note, or offer a full refund. If the fault is yours, for example if you have submitted artwork to us that has a typo, or you have configured a colour incorrectly then you will need to decide whether to pay for a re-run or to accept the work as is.
We are likely to start work on your files as soon as they arrive. While we will do our best to accommodate any amendment or cancellation we will make a reasonable charge for any work undertaken or materials ordered up until the point of cancellation.
Long distance selling regulations
You should be aware that because our work is generally only useful to the user and can not be sold elsewhere we do not accept returns and we are exempted from long distance selling regulations.
We particularly draw your attention to our terms regarding late delivery due to courier failure. Our third party couriers are usually extremely reliable and do their best to deliver on time, but occasionally things don't run smoothly. We urge you not to rely on a courier service when any late arrival would cause you substantial harm or embarrassment. In such circumstances our liability will not exceed the delivery fee.
